Additional Status tab on Defect to identify position of defect

What is your challenge?

It’s currently difficult to quickly identify the status of a defect, as you have to read through all comments rather than being able to see the status at a glance.

For example, it would be helpful to have an additional defect status that clearly shows where a defect is in the process. A defect may remain open even though the nomination is complete, and adding a status such as “Awaiting Customer Confirmation” would make this clear immediately.

Add a 'Status' option on each defect and make it reportable.
