Defect Dashboard - Nomination completed

What is your challenge?

If there are two nominations on a defect and one subcontractor completes their nomination, the defect moves into the Nomination Completed area ready to be closed. However, we’re unable to close the defect because there is still another active nomination open against it.

How does this impact you?

Defects are appearing in the Nomination Completed area before they’re actually ready to be closed. This makes the area confusing and makes it more difficult to identify which defects are genuinely ready for closure.

Please describe your idea

The defect should only appear in the Nomination Completed area once all associated nominations have been completed. Alternatively, a separate area could be introduced for defects with partially completed nominations, so they don’t appear alongside defects that are genuinely ready to be closed.
