Hold - Different status

What is your challenge?

I’d like the option to add a status to on-hold defects, so it’s clear what they’re waiting on, for example, “waiting for parts.” This would also allow us to run hold reports based on the different on-hold statuses.

How does this impact you?

We currently have to go into each defect manually to see why it’s on hold, as there’s no clear structure or reporting in place.

Please describe your idea

Add the ability to put something on hold with a specific hold reason, and then include this in a report as well.
