Hold - Unable to backdate

What is your challenge?

If our customer forgets to place something on hold, they’d like the option to backdate the hold date in the system, similar to how the closure date can be adjusted.

Just like the closure date, allow users to backdate the hold date in the system when placing a defect on hold.
