Parent/child defects

What is your challenge?

Unable to link defects. If we have a leak, then remedial work is required. We'd like to raise the main Defect as a Leak, then the follow-on defect as Remedial works; however, the defects need to be linked.

How does this impact you?

Figures aren't correct in reporting, and unable to see links between the defects.

Please describe your idea

Parent/child defects. Parent to be the leak, child to be the remedial works following the leak, but want to be able to report on them together and separately.
