Add description of works to Appointment SMS

What is your challenge?

Currently the Appointment SMS only has a reference number, no description of what work is being done.

How does this impact you?

Residents do not know what the appointment is for and if multiple appointments are booked they have a load of appointment references and unsure what is happening on what day
