Currently the activity feed in clixifix® can make large amounts of information be difficult to understand or keep track of due to the nature of its behaviour

How does this impact you?

This impacts users by updates or queries being missed when there is a lot of information refreshed on the screen on each page visit

Please describe your idea

A more centralised notification or method to highlight to a user of something that requires attention. This could live on the activity page but be an icon or way to indicate that a resident/contractor/client may need a response
