We’ve just started using the customer portal, and it would be helpful if customer-submitted defects were routed into a separate area rather than appearing under “Not nominated.” Ideally, these submissions should only be visible to administrators at first, so they can be reviewed and accepted before being added into the main Defect section of clixifix®. |
