Contact builder integration

What is your challenge?

When our customer takes possession of a Shared Ownership/Sale property from a developer, they add the plot details into clixifix®, and they also add the ‘Actual Builders Handover Date’. This is the date the Defect period would start.

When the property is sold on to a client, the Sales Team complete the sale information in Contact Builder.

The client sale information is then uploaded into clixifix®, however, the error is that the ‘Actual Completion Date’ from Contact Builder is overriding the ‘Actual Builders Handover’ date in clixifix®.

These are always two different dates (the Builders Handover Date could happen months prior to the Completion Date) and this is having an impact on the defect start date of the property.

The defect period should start from the point our customer takes ‘Actual Builders Handover’, not the ‘Actual Completion Date’

We don’t need the ‘Actual Completion Date’ in clixifix®, so if this could NOT be part of the data upload from Contact Builder, then this would resolve the issue.

How does this impact you?
