Add Defect number and link to Tasks in Me section

What is your challenge?

Currently when viewing a Task in the Me section there is only a link provided to access the Plot and Scheme and no reference of the Defect the Task is connected too.

How does this impact you?

To find the Defect the Task is connected you have to go through each Defect, or run the report which provides a link to the Defect.

Add a Defect Link to easily access this from the Me section.
