Tech App nomination completion comment

What is your challenge?

When you complete a nomination on the Tech App, our customers need to be able to direct that nomination completed to the correct person in the office so they know they need to take action on the back of the nomination being completed.

How does this impact you?

Difficult to see/track where things are. Everyone is getting information which isn't relevant to them.

Enable the Technicians to click who they want to send the completion back to.
