Offline Functionality

We are currently looking into introducing an offline mode to the app. This would allow users to carry out certain tasks without an internet connection.

The problem:

Site teams are often working on sites where there is a poor, or no internet connection. This prevents them from using clixifix for carrying out inspections on sites where there is no signal.

Our proposed solution:

We are currently looking into the technical aspects of introducing an offline mode, however, it is likely that we will need to start by allowing a small number of tasks to be completed offline. We are currently trying to find out what tasks users would most want to do whilst offline.

What we are aiming to find out:

How big of a problem is not having an internet connection to your team? What tasks would users be looking to carry out offline (ie inspection lists, adding defects etc.).
