What is your challenge?

In October 2025 a new law is coming into practice called Awaab's Law which is relation to damp and mould issues in a property.

The time scales for resolution are as follows:

• Investigation of hazard 14 calendar days from notification

• Commence repairs within 7 calendar days

• Complete emergency repairs within 24 hours (if emergency repairs are identified we can deal with under usual high priority)
