Currently, some tasks in relation to a customer care role are created manually in clixifix® on the back of key milestones for a property.

How does this impact you?

Introduction of task automation with a tie into handover dates or other milestones would better support users with more accurate "to do lists"

Add some automation flows based on plot date fields being completed to generate pre defined tasks controlled by admins.
