What is your challenge?

There isnt a clear area of clixifix® to be able to log ad hoc correspondence about more generalised conversations via telephone call/email on a plot file.

How does this impact you?

Makes it harder to log ongoing activity in clixifix® outside of anything to do with a defect. This can be in relation to telephone calls made to a resident not in relation to a defect or inspection list item.

Please describe your idea

Add a "notes" or "touchpoint" field to a plot file to capture adhoc communication with a resident or tenant. Much like a CRM system would track touchpoints or activity.
