Backdating Appointments for Timesheet Purposes

What is your challenge?

Currently, appointments cannot be added with a backdated date; they can only be created from today onwards.

There are occasions where we do not know in advance which operative will attend an appointment, as site work may be allocated between a team over a couple of days and they decide between themselves who completes each task. Once the operatives return to the office and confirm the work they have carried out, we need the ability to add the appointment retrospectively so that the calendar accurately reflects the work completed and supports accurate timesheet recording.
