Send comment time delay

What is your challenge?

When a user clicks "Comment" this is added to the platform instantly and send a notification to the relevant stakeholder. This doesn't support with scenarios where a user may want to.amend what they have said.

Allows a user to be more prone to error when adding information to clixifix®

Add a short time delay per user for when a comment is added to clixifix®. This would also apply to the notification email (10 seconds?)
