Create Discussions option per plot contact

Currently plot contacts can still create discussions when the plot is archived

How does this impact you?

Some customers only want the plot contacts on archived plots to have a 'view only' access and not able to contact them via clixifix

Create the option to have creating discussions on/off per plot contact, rather than for the whole account.
