Document Upload sharing on Nomination

What is your challenge?

Currently when uploading a snagging list or End of Defects list from a 3rd party application as a PDF to an Inspection List this document isnt shared on the nomination email. A Contractor/Developer has to log into clixifix® to view this.

How does this impact you?

This issue exists as when a list is compiled on a PDF from a 3rd party application it is easier and quicker for a user to attach the original document to the IL in clixifix® and then add each defect to the list in clixifix®. The PDF document contains all of the original images for evidence.

When defects on a list are nominated to a developer add the option to share the attachments to the Inspection List on the nomination email notification as an attachment
