Settings per contractor for appointment SMSs

What is your challenge?

Some contractors work with all-day appointments, others use AM/PM slots, and some schedule specific times. However, the SMS notifications linked to appointment creation currently follow a single rule for the entire account.

We need the ability to configure SMS rules per contractor, rather than having one global setting for all contractors.

How does this impact you?

SMS messages are being sent with incorrect information included.

Configure appointment information individually for each contractor instead of applying the same settings across the entire account.
