Please describe your idea

Provide an option at closure for the user to select a specific type of category, to provide a greater understanding into defect issues - example a customisable drop down bar for users to set their categories, example, workmanship, material failure, design, vandalism. Feeds well into reporting and other defect categorisation issues helping understand further where quality improvement needs to come from.
