Auto chase update for nominated Defects

Chasing an individual nomination is time consuming and requires a user to manually chase up and track outstanding items

Add further workload to a users management of a defect.

Please describe your idea

Add functionality to enable automatic chase up notifications on the back of a nomination. Controls for this should be able to be controlled per account for cadence.
